超燃冲压发动机旋转斜坡概念研究

摘要:
基于斜坡增强混合及旋转冲压的设计思想,提出一种旋转斜坡概念,即通过斜坡旋转产生大尺度旋涡及旋转运动激波来增强混合。采用Fluent软件求解URANS方程,对旋转斜坡非定常流场开展了数值模拟研究,分析了斜坡旋转速度对燃烧室的流场特征、涡量、总压损失等性能的影响。结果表明斜坡旋转促进了凹腔剪切层的振荡,并在凹腔内形成了较强烈的流向旋涡。当旋转速度54.3r/min时,斜坡旋转导致的流向涡量峰值约是无旋状态下的4倍左右,总压恢复系数比斜坡静止状态最大降低约10%。 

A Concept of Rotary Ramps in a Scramjet Engine

Abstract:
A concept of mixing enhancement forced by rotary ramps was presented, which was based on the design of fixed ramps and Rim-Rotor Rotary Ramjet Engine. The rotary ramps could generate large scale vortex and rotary moving shock waves, which may increase the fuel mixing rate and spread distance in transverse-direction. The URANS (Unsteady RANS) simulations based on Fluent software are conducted to study the effects of different velocity of ramps rotation on flowfield characteristics, x-vortex magnitude and total pressure losses in the combustor. The results show that the rotary moving ramps increase the periodic oscillation of cavity shear layer and induce large flow-direction vortices in cavity. When the ramps rotate at a speed of 54.3kr/min, the peak value of x-vortex magnitude is nearly four times as the non-rotation ramps. However, the coefficient of total pressure recovery in the rotary ramps case is nearly 10% less than that in the fixed ramps case. 
