为了研究推力室内壁热结构的寿命预估方法,探索延长内壁循环寿命的可行性措施,基于热试验验证后的传热计算,利用内壁寿命预估经验公式对国内大推力氢氧推力室的再生冷却通道内壁寿命进行了估算,并与热试车结果进行了对比分析。结果表明,喉部及其附近区域寿命预估与热试车结果基本一致,传热计算和寿命预估公式适用于该类高深宽比冷却通道内壁寿命的近似预测。在此基础上提出了提高推力室内壁寿命的可行性措施,相关结论可为再生冷却通道结构设计方案的合理选择提供相应的参考。 |

Abstract: |
To study the life-prediction methodology for thrust chamber thermal structure and to analyze feasible measures for improving the cyclic life of thrust chamber, based on the validated results of heat transfer, an analytical design procedure for predicting inner-wall life considering cyclically induced thinning and bulging of the hot gas wall was developed. The predicted results were compared with experimental data obtained in hot firing tests. The results indicate that the model is suitable for life -prediction in regenerative cooling channel structure. Some different life enhancing design concepts, which reduce the thermal strain and increase the material strength of the combustion chamber liner wall were discussed. The results can provide a useful direction for the rational design and optimization of regenerative cooling channel. |
