弯叶片对畸变条件下风扇性能影响研究

摘要:
以跨声速风扇为研究对象,采用全周三维非定常数值模拟方法研究静叶根部20°正弯对总压畸变条件下风扇性能和流场结构的影响。通过对设计转速下风扇全工况进行求解,对比分析了静叶采用直叶片和弯叶片时设计点和近失速点的风扇性能和流场结构。通过与均匀进口条件的风扇性能对比,探讨弯叶片对风扇效率、稳定边界以及抗畸变能力的影响,重点研究弯叶片对动静叶流动损失的影响以及对级性能的影响和改善机理。研究表明,均匀进口时,根部20°正弯静叶可以改善风扇在近失速点附近的性能,而在设计点附近,弯叶片的作用不明显;进口总压畸变条件下,静叶根弯20°能有效改善风扇性能,提高稳定性;静叶根弯对流场的影响取决于具体的流场结构,流动状态越恶劣,弯叶片的作用越明显。 

Effects of Bowed Stator on a Fan Performance with Distorted Inlet

Abstract:
Full annuls 3D unsteady numerical simulation was carried out to study the effects of 20° hub bowed stator on a transonic fan performance with distorted inlet. The fan performances and flow fields of clean and distorted inlets at design and near stall points were analyzed in detail. Compared with the fan performance with clean inlet, effects of hub bowed stator on fan efficiency, stability margin and anti-distortion capacity were analyzed. Flow loss with straight/bowed stator in rotor and stator was demonstrated at design point and near stall point. And the performance improvement of bowed stator was discussed. Results show that 20° hub bowed stator can improve the fan performance at near stall point when the inlet flow is uniform. But at design point, the effects are not obvious. The hub bowed stator can improve the fan performance and stability when inlet total pressure is non-uniform. The worse the flow state is, the more obvious the effects of bowed stator are. 
