横向加热气流中直射式喷嘴侧喷雾化特性研究

摘要:
为了研究燃油在横向高温气流中的雾化特性,使用粒子图像测速系统(PIV)及数字图像处理技术对直射式喷嘴垂直喷入高温气流中形成的油雾场进行了图像测量和分析。试验研究了不同喷射压力、气流温度对粒径分布、下游不同区域SMD及空间分布均匀性的影响。试验结果表明:(1)提高喷射压力,基本不会改变颗粒PDF分布;(2)高温气流中,喷射压力的提高,反而会导致测量到的液滴相颗粒数目减少,但颗粒的SMD也在减小;(3)在高温气流流动方向不同区域,气动雾化颗粒破碎效应和蒸发导致的颗粒尺寸减小的行为是竞争关系。 

Abstract:
In order to study the atomization characteristics of fuel in the high temperature cross airflow with high temperature, a Particle Image Velocimetry (PIV) and the digital image processing techniques are employed to capture digital pictures of the fuel spray fields for the simple nozzle in such a flow. Experimental results of the spray field show that:(1) With the injection pressure increasing, the particle PDF distribution changes little; (2) In high temperature flow, the increase of injection pressure leads to the number reduction of liquid particles, but the Sauter Mean Diameter (SMD) still decreases; (3) In different areas along high temperature flow direction, the particle breakage effect caused by pneumatic atomization and particle size decrease led by evaporation are in competitive relation. 
