超临界压力下湍流区碳氢燃料传热研究

摘要:
碳氢燃料的传热特性对于再生冷却超燃发动机的传热设计至关重要。采用电热管开展了正十烷的传热特性实验,燃料压力约4.0MPa。利用一维流动的质量和能量守恒关系,对管道内燃料的传热进行了分析。采用多元线性回归的方法获得了正十烷在湍流区的传热关联式,通过外壁温的计算与测量的对比,验证了实验获得的湍流传热关联式的适用性。

Heat Transfer of Hydrocarbon Fuel in Turbulent Flow Region Under Supercritical Pressure

Abstract:
The convective heat transfer characteristics of hydrocarbon fuel are crucial for the regenerative cooling design of a scramjet. The flow and heat transfer of n-decane at pressure of 4.0MPa were studied experimentally using an electrically heated tube. Mass and energy conservations were applied to analyze the heat transfer of hydrocarbon fuel in the tube, and the heat transfer correlation at turbulent flow region was derived using the method of multiple linear regression. The calculated outer wall temperature was compared with experimental values, which confirmed the validity of the presented correlation.
