基于曲率优化的14参数平面叶栅设计方法

摘要:
为了避免型线曲率不连续所导致的气动损失,提出了一种基于曲率优化的平面叶栅设计方法,共包括了对气动性能有显著影响的进出口几何构造角、喉部宽度、弯折角,对强度有较大影响的前/尾缘半径、最大内切圆半径、位置等14个独立参数。分段表征了平面叶栅的压力面、吸力面型线,为保证其光顺性,利用基于优化的方法通过调整内切圆半径的夹角,实现了压力面、吸力面型线的曲率连续。进行了平面叶栅的设计,结果表明文中提出的方法可以灵活进行平面叶栅的设计。

14 Parameters Cascade Design Method with Curvature Optimization

Abstract:
A cascade design method based on curvature optimization was introduced, which can reduce aerodynamic losses from non-smooth blade profile.14 design parameters are considered in this method. The parameters impacting aerodynamic cascade performance significantly include inlet and outlet geometry angle throat width, bending angle and so on. And the parameters having influence on blade strength evidently include radius of the leading, trailing edge, largest inscribed circle, etc. Either profile of pressure side or profile of suction side is composed of a few sections. The optimization of the largest inscribed circle angle is employed in order to guarantee the curvature continuity of profile. The results of cascade design show that the method developed in the work is suitable for cascade design.
