MUSCL格式在跨声速转子流场计算中应用

摘要:
以工程应用为背景,采用Spalart-Allmaras湍流模型和LU-SGS隐式解法,开发了基于MUSCL格式的CFD程序,并将程序应用到压气机跨声速转子内部流场的数值模拟中,研究了5种差分格式限制器的计算效果。与Rotor 67和Rotor 37转子试验数据的对比表明:当程序采用Van Leer限制器,且入口湍流粘性取值约为3.6倍的分子粘性时,收敛效果最好,能较准确地模拟出流场的总性能参数和激波结构。

Application of MUSCL Scheme for Flow Field Simulation of Transonic Rotor

Abstract:
Regarding the engineering applications, an in house CFD program based on MUSCL scheme is developed with Spalart-Allmaras turbulence model and LU-SGS implicit solver. It is applied to simulate flow field of transonic compressor rotors, and five kinds of differential scheme limiters are discussed in comparison with experimental data of Rotor 67 and Rotor 37. The results show that performance data of rotors and shocks within flow field can be accurately calculated with the program, the converged results with Van Leer limiter and turbulence viscous of 3.6 times molecular viscous at inlet are the best. 
