内燃波转子涡轴发动机是一种集波转子增压技术、等容燃烧技术和涡轴发动机技术为一体的新概念发动机。介绍了内燃波转子的结构和工作原理,建立内燃波转子涡轴发动机热力循环分析数学模型,开展内燃波转子通道出口气流马赫数变化对涡轴发动机性能的影响研究,探讨内燃波转子涡轴发动机热力循环状态参数变化规律,验证了内燃波转子技术能够显著提高涡轴发动机性能,内燃波转子涡轴发动机比功率和热循环效率最大提高了35.79%,耗油率SFC最大减少了26.37%。 |

The internal combustion wave rotor turboshaft engine is a new concept engine which combines many technologies of wave rotor pressure increase and high thermodynamic cycle efficiency with constant-volume combustion and turboshaft engine. The structure and work principium of the internal combustion wave rotor were introduced and the thermo-cycle analysis mode of an internal combustion wave rotor turboshaft engine was established. When the exit Mach number of the internal combustion wave rotor channel was changed, the effects on performance of the internal combustion wave rotor turboshaft engine were investigated and the variable disciplinarian of thermo-cycle parameter of the internal combustion wave rotor was discussed.It was validated that the technology of the internal combustion wave rotor could enhance performance of turboshaft engine.The specifc cycle work and thermal efficiency maximally increase by 35.79% and specific fuel consumption mostly decreases by 26.37% for the internal combustion wave rotor turboshaft engine. |
