Hall推力器一维流体模型的小波解

摘要:
不同于传统的离散差分求解,采用小波方法求解了反映Hall推力器工作原理的一维流体模型。对计算结果进行分析表明,小波解准确地描述了推力器的轴向放电特性以及低频振荡特性。同时,小波解显示,在一定范围内提高预电离度能减小放电电流振荡幅值,与实验结果吻合,但小波解指出提高预电离度会使得放电稳定性变差,这是之前没有被发现的。小波解提供了一种更加深入理解Hall推力器的新视角。

Abstract:
Differing from traditional discrete difference solution, this paper solves the one-dimensional hydrodynamic mode of a Hall thruster with wavelet method. Numerical results demonstrate that the wavelet solution can describe the characteristic of axial discharge and low frequency oscillation (LFO) accurately. Furthermore, the wavelet solution shows that, with the increase of gas pre-ionization degree in a certain range, the LFO amplitude decreases, which accords well with the experimental result. however, the discharge stability becomes worse, which has not been detected before. Wavelet solution provides a new perspective to understand Hall thrusters more thoroughly.
