旋转阀脉冲爆震发动机电控共轨式燃油系统

摘要:
为提高旋转阀脉冲爆震发动机(RVPDE)燃油系统性能,增强电磁阀的高频适应性,应用汽车行业领先的共轨技术,设计满足RVPDE性能要求的共轨式燃油系统(Common Rail System of PDE, CRP),并对系统控制性能、流量特性和动态响应特性进行实验研究。研究结果表明:CRP喷射时间可控制到微秒级,所有爆震管每次喷射之间的差别可控制在5%以内,电磁阀开启、关闭的动态响应时间均在1ms以内。

Investigation on common-rail fuel system for rotary valvedpulse detonation engine

Abstract:
To improve the high frequency performance of the PDE fuel supply system, common rail technology as the leading technology in diesel engine was adopted to develop a new fuel supply system named CRP. We also researched the control performance, flow performance and dynamic response performance of the CRP. The results illustrate that injecting time can be controlled to the microsecond level and the difference of each injection in all tubes can be controlled within 5%, as well as the dynamic response time can be less than 1ms.
