气氧旋流强度对气-气喷嘴燃烧特性的影响

摘要:
为进一步深入研究气-气喷注器结构参数对气-气掺混燃烧特性的影响,采用常温气氢和气氧推进剂,对同轴直流和同轴旋流气-气单喷嘴进行了冷流和热试试验,获得了每种喷注器的流量系数、燃烧室压力和燃烧室壁温,并结合数值仿真研究了中心气氧旋流强度对推进剂掺混燃烧的影响。结果表明:同轴旋流式喷嘴拥有较小的流量系数;中心气氧旋流有利于提高推进剂的燃烧效率,但带来了较大的燃烧室和喷注面板热载。

Effect of swirl intensity on combustion characteristic of gas-gas injector

Abstract:
In order to investigate the effect of design parameters of gas-gas injector on mixing and combustion characteristic, cold flow and hot fire tests were conducted on the swirl coaxial gas-gas injector in which cold gaseous oxygen and gaseous hydrogen were used as propellants. Discharge coefficient, chamber pressure and charmber wall temperature were obtained. Numerical simulation efforts were performed to simulate the swirl intensity of the inner oxygen on the mixing and combustion of propellants. It can be confimed from the tests that swirl coaxial gas-gas injectors have smaller discharge coefficient; the inner oxygen swirl flow has advantage on the combustion efficiency, however it intensifies the thermal load of the chamber wall and injector facepalte.
