气气多喷嘴推力室仿真与试验研究

摘要:
设计了多喷嘴氢/氧剪切式喷注器推力室,采用了13,7,5个单元排布的三种头部喷注器结构,各喷注器的喷注单元具有相同的设计参数,但尺寸不同。在燃烧流场仿真分析的基础上,设计了喷注面无冷却措施、未设计燃烧稳定装置的多喷嘴推力室,一共开展了8次热试车试验研究,并进行了壁面温度测量。结果表明各工况燃烧稳定,该喷注器构型在不同的单元排布下都具有良好的头部和身部热环境,喷注面可以不采用热防护措施,但单元排布越稀疏头部热环境越差;气气多喷嘴工况下,燃烧效率的高低既与单元流量大小相关,又受排布形式的影响。

Numerical and experimental study on multi-element gas-gas injector combustors

Abstract:
Three GH2/GO2 multi-element shear mixing injectors equipped with 3,7 and 5 elements were designed. The injection element of each injector had different size, but with same design parameters. Based on the numerical analysis for the combustion characteristics, a total of 8 hot-fire test runs were carried out with these injectors without any faceplate cooling technique and stability aid. The wall temperature measurements were made in the tests. Steady operations were obtained. The element can maintain good heat environment for different element layout pattern. The injector face plate can not be designed with any cooling technique while the heat load will be severer with the sparser element layout. In multi-element condition, the gas-gas combustion efficiency is influenced by the element size as well as the element layout pattern.
