点火发动机点火喷流传播过程分析

摘要:
点火发动机点火喷流沿药柱通道传播过程是一个非常典型的非稳态流固耦合问题。采用流固耦合模拟方法对点火瞬态药柱通道内的流场以及在流场作用下药柱的结构完整性进行流固耦合分析,确定药柱通道各点压力上升产生的原因以及该过程中装药的应力应变情况。仿真结果表明在点火喷流沿药柱通道传播过程中,将出现超压较大的激波结构,造成装药通道内不同位置处出现程度不同的压力振荡;在激波向尾部传播阶段,药柱的应力传播落后于激波传播;在激波的反射阶段,药柱最大应力位于尾部翼槽底部区域。

Abstract:
The process of propagation of jets produced by ignition motor in solid rocket motor is a representative unsteady flow-structural problem.Based on the method of the fluid-structural interaction for analysis of the flow-field in the channel of grain and the structural integrity of grain,the cause of the pressurization in different position of the channel of grain is investi-gated,the stress and strain of grain are studied.The results show that there are shock-waves in the flow-field of motor which lead to the pressure oscillation in different position.The stress propagation lags the shock-waves propagation when the shock-waves propagate to the tail and the maximum stress of the grain locates in the place of fin-slots at the reflected stage of shock-waves.
