JP-10燃料在HZSM-5/不锈钢筛网复合膜上的常压催化裂解

摘要:
研究了常压下JP-10燃料在HZSM-5/不锈钢筛网复合膜上的催化裂解。研究发现,HZSM-5/不锈钢筛网复合膜对JP-10裂解具有较好的催化活性。400℃、停留时间6.51 s时,高密度碳氢燃料JP-10在空白不锈钢筛网上不发生任何裂解,而在HZSM-5/不锈钢筛网复合膜上的裂解转化率为15.2%;500℃、停留时间5.67 s时,JP-10在空白不锈钢筛网上的裂解转化率为3.1%,而在HZSM-5/不锈钢筛网复合膜上的裂解转化率高达42.1%。JP-10催化裂解的主要产物为C1-C4、苯、环戊二烯和甲苯,苯的含量随停留时间增加而逐渐增加,而环戊二烯的含量则逐渐减少,C1-C4和甲苯的含量随停留时间变化不大。根据产物分布,提出了JP-10在HZSM-5/不锈钢筛网复合膜上催化裂解的可能反应途径。

Catalytic cracking of JP-10 at atmospheric pressure on HZSM-5/stainless-steel-grid film catalyst

Abstract:
HZSM-5/stainless-steel-grid film catalysts were prepared and their catalytic performance was evaluated for JP-10 cracking at atmospheric pressure.It was observed that at 400 ℃ and residence time of 6.51s no JP-10 molecules were cracked in the presence of the stainless steel grid,while 15.2% of JP-10 molecules were cracked in the presence of the HZSM-5/stainless-steel-grid film catalyst.At 500 ℃ and residence time of 5.67s,the conversion for JP-10 cracking was 3.1% on the stainless steel grid while 42.1% on the HZSM-5/stainless-steel-grid film catalyst.The main products were C1-C4,benzene,cyclopentadiene and toluene for JP-10 catalytic cracking on the HZSM-5/stainless-steel-grid film catalyst.With increasing residence time,the composition of cyclopentadiene and benzene in the products decreased and increased,respectively,whereas those of C1-C4 and toluene hardly changed.The possible reaction pathways were proposed for JP-10 catalytic cracking on the HZSM-5/stainless-steel-grid film catalyst.
