发展了一个基于体积力的可用于分析风扇/压气机性能和稳定性的三维可压缩模型。该模型先是利用三维CFD求解器求得在同一转速线下不同工作状态下的每一叶片排的叶轮机源项,然后通过求解带源项的三维非定常Eu ler方程,获得对风扇/压气机内部三维流场和性能的模拟。利用该模型对某一跨声速风扇级的三维流场和性能进行了数值模拟分析,特别是分析对比了在进口无畸变和进口有畸变情况下的风扇内部三维流场和气动性能。研究结果表明,所发展的计算模型的数值结果与实验结果吻合得很好。与实验结果相比,预测总温比的误差为1.2%,而预测总压比的误差小于4%。 |

A three-dimensional model used to investigate fan and compressor stability was presented.In this model,the modified compressible,time-dependent,3D Euler equations including the source terms which represent the effect of the blades were solved to simulate the 3D flow filed of fan/compressor.The source terms were calculated for each blade row by means of CFD analysis code for many operating points with different speed-lines.In order to be coupled to the Euler solver,an interpolation procedure was used.Details of the overall approach were presented and verified with NASA Stage-35for the clean/distorted inlet flow.The computational results show that this compressor stability prediction system and codes are reliable.Comparisons with available experimental data for clean inlet performance were made and were found that there was only a 1.2% difference in overall total temperature ratio and less than 4% in overall total pressure ratio. |
