火箭发动机动态流场的数值模拟

摘要:
为了预估某火箭发动机的压力冲击效应大小,基于薄层近似三维N-S方程,利用有限差分数值离散方法,对该火箭发动机一定工况下的喷流与防护板作用而形成的动态流场进行了数值模拟,得到了非定常流场云图和防护板随时间变化的受力曲线。结果表明:火箭发动机喷流与防护板形成的流场呈现出高度非线性的特点;喷流的压力冲击效应具有明显的非定常特性,且从力学性能上可能导致防护板来回摆动;该工况下喷流作用在防护板主要受力区域的气动力峰值为20万牛顿量级。

Abstract:
To estimate the pressure impingement magnitude by rocket engine jet,the unsteady flow field induced by the rocket engine jet impinged on the shield board was simulated numerically,based on the 3-D thin-layer approximation N-S equations and finite differential method.The unsteady flow field contours and the curves of the force acted on the shield board versus time were obtained.It is observed from the results that the flow field induced by the rocket engine jet and shield board is typically nonlinear.The unsteady pressure impingement may cause the shield board swaying back and forth and the peak value of the force acted on the mainly affected zone of the shield board is about 200 000 N.
