通过实验对中等转速下带有微型涡轮(反预旋喷嘴)的旋转涡轮盘腔内流动特性进行了系统研究。研究了不同转速下不同轴向位置(6个轴向位置)时旋转盘腔内部流场的分布规律。研究结果表明,较低转速下,进气惯性力主要控制流场内部结构,过渡转速下,进气惯性力和旋转效应同时控制流场结构,较高转速下,旋转效应主要控制流场结构。同时得到了流场内部切向速度、径向速度、轴向速度及压力分布规律。 |

Abstract: |
A very special rotating cavity with micro-turbine(de-swirl nozzles) was applied to investigate the flow characteristics inside the cavity under three mid rotating speeds.The influence of rotational speed and axial location(six locations) was summarized.The results reveal that the flow is mainly controlled by the inflow inertia force at lower rotating speed,and it is essentially controlled by rotating effect at higher rotating speed and by both factors at transition rotating speed.Then,the distribution of tangential,radial,axial components of velocity and pressure is given. |
