出口支板周向布局对上游流场影响效应研究

摘要:
应用高精度无波动格式结合LU-SGS求解方法,研究了下游支板对上游流场的影响。结果表明,支板和上游叶片的周向相对位置的变化可以有效地改变上游区域的压力畸变分布;随着静子叶片右移,在进口截面处最大压力畸变逐渐增大,之后呈下降趋势;对上游进口段,特别是靠近叶片前缘区域流场参数分布有较大影响,但对于上游叶片表面马赫数影响不大。

Abstract:
The effect of exit-guide-vane circumferential layout to upstream flow field has been investigated by numerical approach in which a high resolution non-oscillatory scheme coupled with LU-SGS method is used.The results show that the circumferential layout of exit-guide-vane can affect the pressure distortion in upstream area effectively.The maximum pressure distortion in the inlet surface increases with the stator moving to the right then has decreasing tendency.The flow field parameter distribution can be affected more in upper stream,especially near the leading edge area while the mach number distribution of the upstream blade surface is affected little.
