涡扇发动机性能优化调整的理论与试验研究

摘要:
为了解决工程研制中某型涡扇发动机性能调整与优化问题,建立了关键截面调整对发动机特性影响的数学模型并开发了相应的程序。模型中引入一维涡轮特性计算程序,并经过适应性改进后,在商业软件iSIGHT环境中集成,利用iSIGHT环境提供的优化方法对不同的发动机性能优化目标进行优化,并进行了相应的试验验证。结果表明,经过理论计算得到的发动机关键截面匹配能够解决工程研制中的发动机性能优化调整问题。

Abstract:
A model of optimizing the turbofan engine performance by adjusting the key sections of components and the program based on the model were developed.An one dimensional performance calculation model was introduced and the program was integrated into commercial software iSIGHT.The iSIGHT’s optimizer was used for engine performance optimization.Experimental results indicate that theoretical analyze result is correct and the program is very useful in optimum performance seeking of turbofan engine.
