含3,4-二硝基呋咱基氧化呋咱(DNTF)的改性双基推进剂

摘要:
研究了3,4 二硝基呋咱基氧化呋咱(DNTF)逐渐取代硝胺改性双基推进剂中的RDX对推进剂能量、燃烧性能和机械感度的影响。结果表明:用DNTF逐渐取代硝胺改性双基推进剂中的RDX,推进剂的理论比冲、特征速度、火焰温度和产物平均相对分子质量均增加;推进剂撞击感度增大,摩擦感度降低。DNTF代替具有平台燃烧特性的改性双基推进剂中的RDX后,推进剂仍可获得较低的压强指数。

Abstract:
The effects of 3,4-dinitrofurazanfuroxan (DNTF) gradually substituting the ingredient RDX in composite modified double base propellant on the energy parameters, combustion properties and mechanical sensitivity were studied. The results show that the theoretical specific impulse, characteristic velocity, flame temperature and average relative molecular mass of combustion products of the composite modified double base propellant all increase because of substituting RDX with DNTF. The friction sensitivity decreases, but the impact sensitivity enhances. When the ingredient RDX of the composite modified double base propellant with plateau effect was replaced with DNTF, the propellant still possesses lower pressure exponent.
