针对三组元发动机与传统两组元发动机的区别,建立了三组元燃烧室模型。管路中流体的压缩性、粘性、惯性等对仿真结果有很大影响,长细比、波动传播时间、粘性影响度等可以作为选择管路模型的判断标准。对三组元发动机试验系统动态过程进行了集中参数和分布参数模型仿真,通过与试验数据的对比,验证了系统仿真的准确性;并利用仿真结果对转工况时序进行分析,结果表明时序对转工况性能影响很大。 |

Abstract: |
The tripropellant combustion chamber model was developed. Compressibility, viscosity and inertia of fluid can affect the simulation results obviously. Selecting appropriate models for pipelines was difficult. Some important quantities were given to resolve this problem. The dynamic process of the experimental system was simulated, with lumped parameter and distributed parameter models. The simulation results were compared with the test data, which showed the simulation was accurate and credible. The timing sequence of mode-transition was also discussed, which can affect mode-transition obviously. |
