POM对无烟XLDB推进剂热行为和燃烧性能的影响(英文)

摘要:
为了分析POM(共聚甲醛)降低无烟XLDB推进剂在1~5MPa内燃速的原因,分别测量和分析了含和不含POM的推进剂样品的PDSC(高压热分解)特征量,燃烧波及火焰结构的变化。通过实验发现POM在1~5MPa下使ΔH(推进剂的分解焓)减小265~214J/g;POM在1MPa,5MPa下使推进剂的燃面温度分别由481℃和628℃降至433℃和569℃;理论计算表明:POM在10MPa下使推进剂的爆热、燃温分别由4418.4J/g,3031K降至4397.4J/g,3015K。结果表明,POM对无烟XLDB推进剂的热分解及燃烧过程有明显的抑制作用,这一作用可能降低无烟XLDB推进剂在1~5MPa范围内的燃速。

Abstract:
The mechanism of POM (acetal copolymer) decreasing the burning rate of smokeless XLDB propellant in 1~5MPa was experimentally studied by PDSC (pressure differential scanning calorimeter), flame structure and combustion wave measurement etc. It was found that addition of POM can decrease Δ H (decomposition enthalpy of the propellant) about 265~214J/g; the surface temperatures at 1MPa and 5MPa were decreased from 481℃ and 628℃ to 433℃ and 569℃,respectively; theoretical calculation has indicated that the isobaric heat of explosion and isobaric adiabatic flame temperature were decreased from 4418.4J/g,3031K to 4397.4J/g,3015K.These results show that addition of POM can greatly weaken the decomposition and combustion process of smokeless XLDB propellant and such effects might cause the decrease of the burning rate of the propellant in 1~5MPa.
