为了得到有弦向出流的通道内扰流柱排的流动换热的规律,对有弦向出流的扰流柱排的端壁换热和压力损失进行了数值计算,重点研究了出流比对端壁换热和压力损失的影响。结果表明:(1)随着弦向出流比增加,端壁平均Nu数逐渐下降,在所研究的Re数范围内,出流比从0变化到1,Nu数最大下降6%。(2)压力损失系数随着Re数的增加而减小,随着弦向出流比的增加而减小。在所研究的Re数范围内,出流比从0变化到0 75,压力损失系数下降70%~85%。计算结果对涡轮叶片内部冷却计算具有重要的参考价值。 |

A numerical study was performed to investigate the heat transfer and pressure drop characteristics in pin-fin duct with lateral flow ejection. The effects of ratio of lateral-to-total flow rate (0 c 1) and flow Reynolds number (1×10~4 Re 5×10~4) were investigated. It is found that the Nusselt number is reduced by 6 percent as the ejection ratio is increased from 0 to 1 over the range of Reynolds number studied. The results also show that the total pressure drop is strongly dependent on the ejection ratio. The pressure drop factor is reduced by 70~85 percent as the ejection ratio is increased from 0 to 0.75 over the range of Reynolds number studied. |
