为了了解不同圆形喉部方形出口内喷管和不同内喷管倾角及不同塞锥型面对塞式喷管性能的影响,选择更好的塞式喷管设计方案,从曲线坐标下的三维平均雷诺N S方程出发,用k ε两方程湍流模型封闭方程组,采用二阶精度无波动、无自由参数的耗散差分格式(NND格式),发展了模拟塞式喷管三维流场的数值程序。计算了具有不同转方位置、不同转方后型面和不同出口圆角内喷管的性能。比较了不同设计参数对塞式喷管性能的影响,通过比较得到了较为优化的结论。 |

To understand the effects of round to rectangle (RTR) cells, RTR cell obliquity and plug contours on plug nozzle performance and to select appropriate method for designing plug nozzle, a numerical program was developed by employing two-order Non-oscillatory and Non-free-parameters Dissipative finite difference scheme (NND scheme) based on three-dimensional Reynolds averaged Navier-Stokes equations and low Reynolds number k-ε equations. The performance of RTR cells with different contour changing points, different contours after changing points and different exit arc radiuses were compared. Different parameters affecting the plug performance were also presented. Some optimized results were concluded from comparison. |
