扩链剂对NEPE推进剂力学性能的影响

摘要:
采用单向拉伸性能测试研究了三类扩链剂对NEPE推进剂力学性能的影响 ,并用交联密度和凝胶分数测定 ,以及小角X射线散射实验的方法 ,研究分析了扩链剂的作用机理。结果表明 :由于扩链剂消耗了部分固化剂N 10 0 ,导致NEPE推进剂的伸长率增加、拉伸强度下降 ;通过调节扩链剂的含量、提高固化参数及改变推进剂的制备工艺可以提高扩链剂的作用效果 ;扩链剂可以在拉伸强度少量降低的情况下大幅度提高NEPE推进剂的伸长率 ;NEPE推进剂力学性能的提高不是由于微相分离 ,而是由于扩链剂改善了推进剂的网络结构

Abstract:
The effect of three types of chain extenders on the mechanical properties of NEPE propellant was studied by means of tensile test. The chain extender consumed part of curing agent N 100 on account of a competing reaction between chain extender and PEG with N 100, which resulted in the decrease of the tensile strength and the increase of the elongation of NEPE propellant. The mechanical properties of NEPE propellant can be improved by modifying the content of chain extender as well as increasing the curing parameter and changing the preparation methods of the propellant. The tensile strength of NEPE propellant had a little decrease but the elongation was significantly increased after adding of the chain extender. The improving of the mechanical properties of NEPE propellant dot not attribute to the microphase separation but optimizing the network structure of propellant.
