为降低硝酸铵(AN)的吸湿性,采用喷雾干燥技术,用聚合物和偶联剂对相稳定硝酸铵(PSAN)进行改性。通过吸湿性、接触角、包覆层质量百分数、XPS和SEM对改性后的PSAN进行了表征。研究结果表明,用偶联剂和聚合物对PSAN进行复合表面改性可有效抑制PSAN的吸湿,改性后平均相对吸湿率为46%。比用液相沉积法平均下降了约3%,包覆层质量下降了76%,说明喷雾干燥技术的改性效果明显优于液相沉积技术。 |

Polymer and coupling agent were used to coat phase stabilized ammonium nitrate(PSAN) by mens of spraying and drying technology in order to lower moisture absorption of AN. The characterization of the modified PSAN were performed by measurements of hygroscopicity, contact angle, mass fraction of coating layer, XPS and SEM. The results show that the composite modification of both polymer and coupling agent can restrain effectively moisture absorption of PSAN and relatively average moisture absorption rate of the modified PSAN was up to 46 % , average reduces 3 % compared with the liquid phase separation techniques, and the mass of coating layer redues 76 % . It indicated that the effect of spraying and drying technology is better than that of the liquid phase separation techniques. |
