NEPE推进剂激光点火特性

摘要:
采用CO2 激光点火系统 ,研究常压下NEPE推进剂中AP在点火过程中的作用 ,以及AP的表面积、燃速催化剂、初温、热流密度等因素与点火延迟时间的关系。结果表明 :与HMX相比 ,AP是缩短点火延迟时间的主要因素 ;初温对点火延迟时间的影响程度取决于热流量的大小 ,存在着所谓的“拉平效应”。而降低AP粒度 ,提高AP表面积 ,在初温大于 15℃时 ,有利于缩短点火延迟时间 ,而在小于 15℃时则相反 ;适当的添加燃速催化剂也有利于缩短点火延迟时间

Abstract:
The effect of surface area of ammonium perchlorate(AP), initial temperature, heat fluxes and catalyst on the ignition delay time of NEPE propellant, which is a special nitromine composite propellant was examined in detail within a CO 2 laser ignition system. The results show that AP acts as a kind of trigger during ignition and is of more importance than HMX. There exists laser ignition thresholds, and the effect of initial temperature on ignition delay time is influenced by heat fluxes. This effect is more significant at lower heat fluxes. The large AP surface area benefits the decrease of ignition delay time when the initial temperature is higher than 15℃, while this effect will be realized by the relatively small AP surface area below 15℃. The addition of an effective catalyst can also shorten the ignition delay time by decreasing the reaction activation energy.
