为了解PB类功能助剂的作用机理 ,进行了接触角测试 ,XPS ,SEM和DMA试验。结果认为 :通过降低功能助剂自身极性 ,使之与HMX的表面性能相匹配 ,改善了HMX在粘合剂中的润湿性 ,从而改善药浆工艺性能 ;同时 ,保持对HMX有强的亲合力 ,吸附在HMX表面形成界面层 ,使推进剂保持良好的力学性能。最后提出了PB类助剂的作用机理。 |

Abstract: |
In order to know mechanism of the PB auxiliary aids in polyether propellant,experiments of contract angle、XPS、SEM and DMA were conducted.Results show that the PB aid is fits to the surface properties of HMX and changes moisture HMX in binder by itself weaker polar of PB aid,so it can improve the processingability.PB agent keeps strong adherence to HMX and is absorbed in the surface of the HMX.The interface layer made by absorbing of PB aids can keep well mechanical properties of the propellant.At last,the mechanism of PB aids is founded. |
