涡轮喷气发动机抗畸变流场模拟试验研究

摘要:
详细介绍了用于涡轮喷气 (风扇 )发动机抗畸变流场试验用畸变模拟器的组成、工作原理和标定方法 ,并给出了畸变流场的计算方法。模型与实物两种方法标定结果有较大差别 :畸变模拟器出口总压恢复系数σ模型比实物高 1%~ 2 %、流场畸变度低 4 6 %~ 6 4 % ;某型涡扇发动机在进口畸变流场畸变度W =9 6 %下 ,发动机启动可靠、工作稳定 ,但进口流场畸变度将使压气机的喘振裕度减小 ,而导致发动机产生不稳定工作

Abstract:
The configuration, working principle and calibrating means of the distortion simulator using for distortion test of turbojet and turbofan engine were described. The calibrating results of the simulator and its model indicate that, comparing with the model, the distortion simulator has lower pressure recovery(1%~2%) and higher distortion density(4.6%~6.4%). Test results show that the tested turbofan engine starts and run steadily in a inlet distortion flow field as long as the distortion density less than a limit W =9 6%.
