It was proposed that a new way to reduce the measurement uncertainty of liquid propellant on satellite in orbit by combining PVT with BK organically.That the uncertainty at satellite end of life is about 2% of the tank volume was also identified with uncertainities analyses in detail,when a high accuracy and high resolution pressure transducer was applied for pressure measurement. |
