固体火箭发动机脉冲推力补偿技术的研究

摘要:
用动态补偿原理对脉冲推力衰减振荡曲线进行补偿,以测量火箭发动机脉冲推力。首先对测力传感器进行动态标定,建立测试系统的动态数学模型,然后根据数学模型设计补偿滤波器,并进行计算机补偿仿真验证。最后对实测推力数据进行分析处理,即数据平滑、FFT频域分析和补偿滤波。所有以上工作全部采用C语言,以汉字下拉式菜单的形式,形成一个很实用的动态测试系统标定及数据处理软件包。

Abstract:
A series of analyses and research were done to test the impulse thrust of the rocket engine accurately.The principle of the dynamic compensation was used to make compensation for attenuation viration curce of impulse thrust.First the dynamic calibration of the force transducer was completed,then the dynamic mathematic model of measuring system was build.According to the mathematic model,compensated filter was designed and the compensation was verified by the computer simulation.Finaly tested thrust data processing,data smooth,FFT frequency analysis and compensated filter were accomplished.A very practical software package of dynamic measuring system calibration and data processing was designed with C language.
