The interaction between the microwave resonating in the resonance cavity and the plasma fluid in electric discharge tube is a very important problem for microwave plasma thruster(MPT).The axisymmetric partial differencial equations consisted of the microwave energy,the electrical field in resonance cavity,the medium flow field and the plasma equilibrium field were built according to the basic theories of microwave and plasma and the principle of the interaction between them.For the computation model the plasma region outline,the electric filed,the electron concentration and temperature fields and the gas temperature field in the electric discharge tube were obtained |
