模拟旋转内冷通道中压力测量的实验研究

摘要:
在旋转内冷通道中,用压力传感器测量垂直于旋转轴的矩形管道中流动气体的压力分布,实验结果表明:(1)在同一半径处,转速增加引起压差减少,(2)在转速较低时(如400r/min或600r/min)随着半径增大,压差减小,但转速较大时(如1000r/min),总的压差反而随着半径增大而增大,(3)流体管道中的扰流柱起着增加气流紊流的作用,导致压力损失增大,压降增大。

Abstract:
A thorough investigation into the fundamentals from the most basic law of motion was conducted to give the relation between the concerned terms in the stationary system and the totation systemThe measuring system includes:pressure taps;a pressure sensor;a slipping ring ;a data acquisition systemAn exploratory experiment has been made to perform the measuring technique on a rotation frame which is designed to obtain heat transfer behaviour in turbine blade hollow,and the result shows the data are excellently reasonable and completely satisfiedThe increase of the RPM causes the decrease of the pressureThe configuration of tube with pin fire is to produce increase in the turbinlent and pressure drop
