ADN 及其混合物燃烧性能的理论计算

摘要:
分析了新型含能材料二硝酰胺铵(ADN)的热分解特性和燃烧特性,提出ADN燃烧初期热分解反应的假说,建立了由化学结构特征计算ADN及其混合物燃速公式,并计算了ADN和配比不同的ADN混合物的燃速特征。计算结果与实测值十分一致。从化学结构和化学反应的层次分析了ADN单质燃烧出现平台燃烧现象的原因,认为ADN热分解过程中,中间产物NH4NO3的形成和消失在平台(麦撒)燃烧中起着关键作用。预测了ADN提高固体推进剂燃速和降低燃速压力指数的趋势。

Abstract:
The thermal behavior and burning characteristics of ADN,a new type of energetic material were analysed.The hypothesis about ADN decomposition in the initial stage of combustion was proposed.The burning rate equation of ADN and its mixtures was derived based on the chemical structure.The burning characteristics of ADN and its mixtures with different content of components were computed.The calculated results show good agreement with the experimental values.Based on the chemical structure and reaction,the mechanism of plateau combustion in simple substance ADN was discussed.The formation and disappearance of the intermediate products NH 4NO 3 play a key role in plateau or mesa combustion of ADN.The tendency of using ADN to increase burning rate and decrease pressure exponent in solid propellants was predicted
