含能液滴微爆特性分析

摘要:
借助高速摄影和热电偶测温系统研究了液体推进剂LP1846液滴在0.1MPa~1.0MPa,700°C~850°C环境下的微爆特性。给出了液滴着火前微爆过程的序列照片,结合LP1846热分解试验结果分析了液滴微爆机理,认为水组份的过热是主要因素,而HAN的微弱液相热分解是诱导因素。

Abstract:
By use of high speed camera and thermocouple apparatus,the properties of microexplosion for HAN based liquid propellant LP1846 droplets was investigated under ambient condition of 0 1MPa ̄1 0MPa,700°C ̄850°C.Successive photographs of droplet microexplosion process were taken before ignition.The microexplosion mechanism was discussed according to the experimental results of LP1846 thermal decomposition.It is thought that microexplosion mechanism is mainly superheating of the water component and mild liquid phase reactions of HAN is inducer
