实验研究了气膜孔几何形状、二次流雷诺数及吹风比对流量系数的影响。所用孔形是簸箕形孔、圆锥形孔及圆柱形孔;实验的参数范围为二次流雷诺数Re=10000~25000,二次流吹风比Ma=0.3~2.0,在上述范围选取了26个工况分别对三种孔形进行了实验。得出了吹风比是影响各种孔形流量系数的重要参数及圆锥形孔流量系数最大的结论。 |

The effects of different hole shape,second flow Reynolds numbers and blowing rate on the discharge coefficient of film cooling holes have been investigated.Experiments on dust pan shaped hole,cone shaped hole and round hole are conducted with second flow Reynolds number ranging from 10000 to 25000 and blowing rate ranging from 0 3 to 2 0.Measurements are taken for 26 conditions. |
