含C60的RDX-CMDB推进剂性能研究

摘要:
通过燃速、爆热、活化能和温度分布等参数的测试和计算,发现C(60)能显著提高推进剂的火焰温度和燃烧表面温度,降低压强指数,使平台区范围变宽且向高压方向移动,推进剂的爆热也提高约10%。此外从反应机理上提出C(60)-Pbx络合物的催化作用,改善了RDX-CMDB推进剂燃烧性能;富集物(含10%C(60)的烟炱)中C(60)主要以分子状态存在,因此它能把C(60)均匀分散到推进剂中,而且保持C(60)化学活性,比纯C(60)的催化效果更好。

A STUDY ON COMPREHENSIVE CHARACTERISTICS OF RDX-CMDB PROPELLANTS CONTAINING FULLERENE

Abstract:
By using the measurements and calculations of burning rate, burning heat, activation energy and distribution of temperature, it is found that Fullerene can obviously raise the propellant’s flame temperature and surface burning temperature, reduce the pressure index. The range of plateau effect for propellants containing Fullerene is extended and moves towards high pressure direction. its burning heat is also raised about 10%. lt can be Pointed from the reaction mechanism that Fullerene and lead form the complex C(60)-Pbx which has catalysis action and improves the combustion characteristic of double-base proPe1lants. Because C,, in the soots which contain 10% C6, mainly exists in molecular state and is uniformly dispersed into propellant, the chemical activities of C,, can bepreserved, and the soots have better catalytic effect than pure C60.
