用RTR技术研究固体火箭发动机燃烧室中粒子运动轨迹(I)可行性分析与试验研究

摘要:
综述了固体火箭发动机二相流研究的现状及发展趋势,介绍了X射线高速实时荧屏分析(RTR)技术的测量原理,对RTR技术应用于测量固体火箭发动机燃烧室中凝相颗粒的运动轨迹的可行性作了探讨。探索表明:RTR技术应用于测量固体火箭发动机燃烧室中凝相颗粒的运动轨迹是可行的,但对凝相粒子材料的选择及适当的图像处理技术是其成功与否的关键。

Abstract:
In order to understand the flow pattern in a firing SRM deeply, authors try to explorea new way to investigate its working process by using RTR (X-ray Real-Time Radiography) alongwith an advanced digital image processor and high speed motion analyzer. In this paper the authorsfirst give a summary about the research situation and development tendency of two-phase flow inSRMs, and then introduce the test fundamental of RTR technique. The authors also inquire into thefeasibility on applying RTR technique to study the particle trajectory in a firing SRM combustor andconclude that: (1) With some other auxiliary means, RTR technique can be used to measure theparticles trajectory in a two dimensional firing conbustion chamber. (2) Adequate image processingmethods and selection of particle material are the key links to successful results. Image processing willbe described in part Ⅱ. The study on this subject will set up a new field in two-phase flow research.
