多级压气机可调静叶转角的多目标优化研究

摘要:
提出了一种可调静叶转角调整量的优化方法,其压气机性能目标函数和约束采用S2流面方法计算,数值优化则采用不需计算目标函数导数的可变容差多面体方法。以某三级风扇为算例,研究了不同优化目标、约束条件的转角调节规律。

Abstract:
A numerical method is presented for optimizing angle of variable geometry stator. An averaged S2 stream-surface scheme is used to calculate compressor performance objective function and constraints. Without calculating derivate of objective function, the flexible tolerance polyhedron method has been used as optimization scheme. A three-stage axial fan has been selected as anexample to investigate the general regulation of restagger for various performance objective or constraints.
