Abstract: |
A numerical method is presented for optimizing angle of variable geometry stator. An averaged S2 stream-surface scheme is used to calculate compressor performance objective function and constraints. Without calculating derivate of objective function, the flexible tolerance polyhedron method has been used as optimization scheme. A three-stage axial fan has been selected as anexample to investigate the general regulation of restagger for various performance objective or constraints. |
