YF—75发动机状态监控与故障诊断工程应用系统的研制

摘要:
根据YF-75发动机状态监控与故障诊断工程应用系统(CMFDS)的研制情况,重点介绍了总体设计原则、系统功能、系统组成、系统结构、系统硬件组成与接口形式、发动机主要技术状态、故障模式分析、故障数据库建立、监测部件与监测参数选择等内容,对状态监控与故障诊断算法也做了较为详细的描述。最后,还给出了用YF-75发动机18次原始试车数据对CMFDS进行验证的情况,结果显示本系统具有很强的适应性和有效性。

Abstract:
With the development of space technology, the reliability of propulsion system isrequired more and more. Establishing an advanced system for condition monitoring and fault diagnosisis an important measurement to improve the test safety and working reliability of liquid rocketengine. In this paper, according to the development of an engineering application for ConditionMonitoring and Fault Dagnosis System(abbreviated as CMFDS)of YF-75 engine,it is emphasized tointroduce system function, system compeition and structrue, making up and interface of systemhardware,engine main technical condition,fault mode analysis,setting up fault libaries,selecting partsand parameters for monitoring, etc. In addition, the algorithms for condition monitoring and faultdiagnosis has also been deseribed in more detail. Finally,the results of testing CMFDS with the 18primary ground tests data of YF-75 engine are also given in this paper,which demonstrates that theCMFDS has very high adaptability and effectability.
