离心式喷嘴工况理论分析

摘要:
对离心式喷嘴的最大流量原理进行了证明,并求得了该原理成立的边界条件。分析了离心式喷嘴的工况,结果表明,当喷嘴压降等于或大于临界截面处平均余区的1.5倍时,其工况处于临界或超临界状态。导出了波沿离心式喷嘴中液体自由表面的传播速度及其频率的计算公式,从中可以看出,波的传播速度及其频率取决于喷嘴压降及喷嘴的几何特性。

Abstract:
he theory of maximum flow rate of centrifugal injectors is proved and existentialboundary conditions of the centrifugal injectors also is analyzed. The results show that when theinjection pressure drop equals to 1. 5 times as higher as average pressure drOP in the critical section,the operating condition Of centrifugal injectors is critical or extracritical.Gives formulas to calculatethe velocity and frequency of wave,propagating along the free surface of liquid in the injector’svortex.It is observed that propagation velocity and frequency of waves are determined by injectionpressure drop and geometric characteristic of the centrifugal injectors.
