多孔毛细陶瓷稳定器背后火焰和回流区分析

摘要:
多孔毛细陶瓷稳定器背后产生火焰是我们多次观察到的现象。通常认为,此处为高速区,不可能有火焰存在。经过反复观察分析认为:这是陶瓷的多孔毛细特性渗油蒸发的结果,产生强化燃烧效应,对组织燃烧有利。也由于陶瓷多孔毛细的作用,陶瓷稳定器后的回流区亦有别于传统钝体稳定器的回流区。逆流区不复存在。稳定火焰的机制也有不同,对组织燃烧亦将产生有利的影响。这些将使燃烧室的工作得到强化或改善。

AN ANALYSIS ON FLAME AND RECIRCULATION BEHIND A POROUS CAPILLARY CERAMIC FLAME STABILIZER

Abstract:
This paper discusses the phenomena oberved in research of strengthened combustionwith fuel permeating through porous capillary ceramic stabilizer. Flame formed at the rear side of theflame stabilizer has been observed many times, where, generally, it is impossible to generate flame atsuch a high speed. Repeatedly studing, we consider that it is the consequence of fuel permeating andvaporizing due to the porous capillary action of ceramic stabilizer, and it may strengthen thecombustion effect, benefit the combustion control. Due to the porous capillary action of ceramicmaterial, the recirculation region behind a ceramic stabilizer is different from that behind a traditionalbluff any stabilizer. The reversal flow zone is no longer existing. The mechanism of name stabilizeris different either, and benefites the combustion control as well. Those phenomena mentioned abovewill improve or strengthen the performance of the combustion chamber.
