纤维缠绕壳体封头厚度计算

摘要:
纤维缠绕火箭发动机壳体封头厚度是不均匀的,封头形状、纱带宽度及两端开口影响着外壳厚度。回顾了几种计算方法,并在此基础上发展了一种计算封头厚度的公式,最后用这几种公式对实际的壳体封头厚度进行了计算,并与实测值进行了比较。

Abstract:
The thickness of rocket motor dome wound with filament is not uniform.The shape of dome,the width of filament band and the opennings at both endsall effect the thickness of the case.In this paper,various methods to predict dome thick. ness are reviewed,and a new calculation method of dome thickness is derived from thegeometric relation of wound band.The dome thickness of an actual case is calculatedwith the methods mentioned above.The calculation results are compared with the thickness measured actually.
