介绍了用弓形传感器测试固体发动机模拟器的装药在硫化降温过程中的应变情况,并将结果与理论计算进行了对比。分析表明:实验结果与计算结果和定性分析结果附合良好,虽然在实验过程中温度控制不够严格,两种结果有一定的误差,但当温度达到基本平衡时,两种结果吻合很好。 |

Abstract: |
The strain induced in grain of motor during the process of curing cool down is measured with bow-shaped strain transducer, and testing results are compared with theoretical calculation results. It is indicated that the testing results and calculation results are in accord with each other in qualitative analyses. Since the temperature is not controlled quite strictly, there are some errors between the two results. However, when the temperature is in equilibrium at last, the testing results are in accord with the calculation results better.The measuring method for solid rocket motor’S strain is the latest one in our country, this testing system has some advantages and good appalication prospect. |
