碳/酚醛材料的粒子侵蚀

摘要:
引用均质材料的冲蚀疲劳理论,研究了碳/酚醛材料应用在固体火箭发动机喉衬情况下的侵蚀特性;分别对无碳化层和有碳化层两种状态进行了分析和计算。综合热化学烧蚀计算与实验对比,得到粒子冲蚀的定性及定量结果。

Abstract:
In this paper theorems on homogeneous materials subjected to impingements and fatigue was quoted. Erosive behavior of C/phenolic materials applied to solid rocket nozzle throats was investigated. Analysis and calculation on a single substrate and substrate covered by a changing char layer was conducted respectively. Sum up the thermo-chtr cal erosion calculation and contrast with the test results, the qualitative and quantitative results of particle impingements were gained.
