气液两相同轴喷注器的流强及混合比分布的实验研究

摘要:
气液两相同轴式喷注器是广泛应用于液体火箭发动机燃烧室的一种雾化装置。喷注器出口下游的流强及混合比分布,是直接影响燃烧性能的重要参数之一。本文利用自行设计制造的两相探针,试验测量了某型气液两相同轴喷注器的流强及混合比分布。实验结果显示了在不同控制参数条件下其分布的详细情况以及不同喷注器几何尺寸对它的影响,对了解此类喷注器的气液两相流场结构及喷注器的设计和改进有重要的参考价值。

Abstract:
Airblast coaxial atomizers are widely used in combustion chambers of liquid rocket engines (LRE), and the distributions of mass flux and gas/liquid mixture ratio in the down-Stream of the atomizeis are one of the important parameters which influence the performance of comb-ustion.A two-phase impact probe designed by the authers was employed to measure these parameters of certain type of airblast coaxal atomizers. The graphs from experimental result show the details of the distribution in the down-Stream of atomizers and the influences of the configuration parameters on distribution. The result provides important references for understandingthe structure of gas/liquid flow field and for desighing and improving such type of atomizer.
