| 不同批次的复合固体推进剂,即使配方和原材料批次相同,其试件的机械性能和燃速也不一定完全相同。本研究力图找出根源。本文是系列研究报告之一,首先从混合实验研究着手,发现推进剂药浆局部区域有明显的组份配比不均匀性和粒子尺寸分布不均匀性,这些不均匀性是试件性能有差异的原因之一。 |

| The variance in burning rate and mechanical properties of cured propellant samples always exists even for same formulation and the batchs ingradient of propellant. By experimental investigation, it is shown that the nonuniformity in some regions of slurry and in particle size dis-tributionis responsible for the performance variance of the propellant samples. |
