通过常压热重法、高压差热分析、夹心件中断熄火燃烧实验及SEM观察和XPS分析等多种实验观测手段,初步研究了一种能有效地降低HTPB/AP复合推进剂压强指数的含铜有机络合物(TP)的作用过程。研究表明,TP通过促进氧化剂AP的高温分解过程促进推进剂的燃速;TP的作用效果与这种化合物的耐热性和燃烧过程中各种产物的性质有关。对典型催化剂TP的研究结果为筛选燃速催化剂和进一步研究燃速催化机理提供了分析的依据。 |

A series of experiments have been done to study the cata-lystic procedure of a copper-containing organic chelatc (TP) which can effectively promote the burning-rate of propellant and reduce burning-rate pressure exponent when being used as burning rate catalyst in AP/HTPB propellant. The thermal decomposition process of AP oxidizer and HTPB polymer binder, with or without catalyst, is examined by using thermalanalysis method (TG and HPDTA) . Both sandwich and propellant samples are used to conduct combustion experiments, and their quenched surfaces are gained by rapid depressurization. These quenched surfaces are then examined under SEM and XPS. It can be shown from these experimental results that during the combustion of the AP/HTPB composite propellant, TP being to decompose once it is heated to a temperature at which the AP high temperature decomposition will happen. The decomposition products emitted by TP then react with the oxidizer (AP) or AP decomposition products to form some new compounds which can effectively promote the high temperature decomposition of the AP oxidizer, thus promote the burning rate of AP/HTPB propellant. |
