固体火箭发动机的声学分析及燃烧稳定性预估

摘要:
提出一种预估固体火箭发动机燃烧稳定性的方法。文中着重研究了燃烧室内腔声场的有限元数值分析问题,并应用声学有限元素法对一个二维轴对称装药发动机燃烧室内腔进行了固有频率及固有振型计算。随后,在声学分析的基础上对该发动机做了燃烧稳定性预估。其结果与多次试车的结果一致。最后还就声学分析的验证,减少机时和内存,微粒尺寸的确定,预估方法及计算程序的通用性等问题进行了讨论。

A METHOD OF ACOUSTIC ANALYSIS AND PREDICATION OF THE COMBUSTION STABILITY FOR SOLID ROCKET MOTORS

Abstract:
A method of predicting the combustion stability in solid rocket motors is proposed in this paper. Emphasis on the numerical analysis of the acoustic field in combustion chambcrs,the acoustic finite element was used to calculate the acoustic natural frequencies and modes in the internal cavity of a solid rocket motor with two-dimension axial symmetric grain. Based on the acoustic analysis, combustion stability prediction of this motor has been made. The results are consistent with results of firing tests. Finally, some problems, for example verification of the acoustic analysis, reduction of operation time and occupied internal storage, determination of particle size,and versatility of the prediction method and computer program were discussed.
