双调变推力液体火箭发动机的关机

摘要:
在分析了喷注器整体针阀及调节杠杆的受力情况后,针对整体针阀的弊端提出利用推进剂液压力为关机驱动力的双针阀喷注器,有效地解决了双调变推力液体火箭发动机的关机。试验证明起动关机和动态响应迅速,关机后两组元均能可靠断流。

Abstract:
In view of the disadvantages of integral pintle-valve,based on the analysis of the force acting on the integral pintle-valve of injector and the controller, a new injector was designed in which propellant is used as hydraulic fluia for driving the pintle-valve.And,the problem of the shut down of the variable thrust liquid rocket engine with controllable venturi and injector was settled effectively.The results of test has shown that two components of the propellant can be shut-off completely,and that response at starting closing and the dynamics of the engine are quick.
